Confirmation: After purchasing your reservation, send us a message within the app where you viewed your model using this format: Name + Model + Size + Color + Fabric + Destination City .
Conditions: The reservation is non-refundable . If the remaining payment is not completed within 24 hours, the reservation will automatically expire and the product will be released for sale to the general public. The deposit amount is not lost : it will remain as a credit balance , which can be applied as a discount coupon for a future purchase at Modela Bella.
Important: Your reservation guarantees your place in stock, but the model, size, color, and fabric are not confirmed until we receive your message with the complete information.
